Jazz audiences know Monika Herzig as a versatile jazz pianist performing as a leader of her own trio, the Monika Herzig Acoustic Project, fusion jazz group BeebleBrox, as well as sidewoman with flutist Oliver Nelson Jr., violinist Cathy Morris, and many more. Herzig has completed a Doctorate in Music Education and Jazz Studies at Indiana University, where she teaches now Music Theory, Piano, and Music Business.
