Biography
Each change of season signifies an ending and a new beginning. From the ending of Calling All Heroes and For the Best has emerged a new season of music with Autumn and the Wasp. Playing for a cumulative of nineteen years, this progressive quartet from Flint, Michigan has been on a mission since its formation in the fall of 2004. Autumn and the Wasp does not stay in the lines and follow the lead of every other band. Instead, this group offers music with catchy melodies and a splash of complexity. Their passion for music is reflected in each individual's instrumental performance. With all four members singing, and a very unique vocal range, AATW brings a fresh new sound to the music scene. Combining their experiences from seasons past with their never ending passion for music, the members of Autumn and the Wasp are ready to begin a new season of providing "feel-good" music with an edge. Autumn and the Wasp plans to release an EP with Hearts on Fire Records in June 2006, and will be on tour until music is no longer legal. Expect a brand new line of merchandise to be available at shows starting in late April/ Early May!
