Write a Website Bio That Rocks

In this HostBaby blog post from earlier in the year, Chris Bolton examines what the two main components are for writing a successful bio: The Facts and Your Story.

Describing yourself or your brand in a way that really sells can be a daunting task. It’s easy to get mired in names, dates, events, influences, history, and other details, while neglecting the more compelling aspects of your story.

First of all I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing. I have had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out there. I do take pleasure in
writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Thank you!
