Kevin Spacey Suing Indie Band For Their CD 'Kevinspacey'

Kevin Spacey is suing Los Angeles musician Jason Drake, a producer who records under the name Cassettes Don't Listen, for pressing several thousand copies of an album called "Kevinspacey." Lawyers on Spacey's behalf served Drake with cease-and-desist letters stating that Spacey's name is not just trademarked for acting, but also music. Come. On. Sure, he played Bobby Darin in 2004's Beyond The Sea, but that's about as musical as Spacey's ever gotten as far as we know. He sings in the shower. Whatever. Complete Article
