News: MTV to Start Webcast Devoted to Emerging Bands

It has been two years since New York Noise, a beloved public television show devoted to the New York City's underground rock bands, went off the air. Now an online subsidiary of MTV has hired the producer behind that show, Shirley Braha, to do a half-hour Webcast of indie videos in her humorous and playful style. The new show, Weird Vibes, debuts on MTV Hive, a spokesman for the site, Kurt Patat, said. Complete Article
