The European Commission has joined the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) probe into Apple's policies on third-party mobile software developers, the New York Post reports, citing sources. The FTC in June began looking into Apple's decision to block developers from using third-party tools to create applications for its iPhone and iPad, and to block Adobe's Flash from its iOS platform.
