Even by the contemporary measure of music industry publicity stunts, Manchester, UK duo Reclusive Barclay Brothers launched a depressing new "campaign". The unsigned electro act announced this week they intend to pay people to listen to their debut single. Rather than give the single away, they will pay $46 to 100 people who listen to their single We Could Be Lonely Together, randomly selected from their online mailing list. Complete Article
