Kevin Spacey is suing Los Angeles musician Jason Drake, a producer who records under the name Cassettes Don't Listen, for pressing several thousand copies of an album called "Kevinspacey." Lawyers on Spacey's behalf served Drake with cease-and-desist letters stating that Spacey's name is not just trademarked for acting, but also music. Come. On.
